how do i reset my beko 8227 washer?

my beko 8227 display is stuck showing 14 im told it needs to be reset can u tell me the procedure

check the filter and make sure the drain pump impeller rotates freely the press and hold the start button for 5 sec and hopefully it will eventually reset
