ferroli boiler f1?

my boiler keeps flashing a blue light with f1 what do I do to fix this problem thepressure was down but its now on 2 and I pressed reset button but assoon as I turn on hot water the blue light and f1 flashes

Make sure the gas is on at the meter and the boiler.If it is and refuses to start up after pressing rest you need a gas engineer to check gas valve inside boiler
