sales tax program olympia s-2200 ecr?

Machine has 7% rate currently but I need to change to 6%, a straight tax would be fine. I have a book for the JCM Gold 2200, I thought it was the same but either I am screwing the entry up or it's not the right program for this Olympia ECR.
