No heat and tablet does not go?

Diplomat ADP8221. Makes the right sort of noises i.e. water running and pump sounding however the tablet is sill intact after a couple of hours running and there is no hot water.

there is a solenoid inside door that operate the tablet door if that is what you mean by tablet still intact it mean to me the door did not open?
