change battery in control panel?

how do I remove or change the battery in my daitem control panel siren 311-312w

Ok so I've found a reference to a daitem espace 311-21w.

I've read through the books and as this is a none mains powered control panel you can simply remove the cover and access the battery pack for replacement.Or you also have the option of contacting your installer.

If the system is monitored by a central station then inform them of your intentions.

This is a lift from the manual:
The control panel is powered by a lithium battery pack made up of 2 separate batteries. This provides :
- an optimised power supply according to operating mode (self-monitoring or alarms armed),
- should one of the batteries fail, the other takes over (series or parallel operation possible for both batteries).
Each battery has twin gold-plated contacts.
The battery pack is simply clipped into place. The batteries last 5 years in normal conditions of use (see conditions for use on the control panel product data sheet).

I was going to say,"same way as you would with any other control panel",until I read the panel siren 311-312 bit.

Not sure what to think now, intact I haven't a clue what you are on about.
