Hi, our Zanussi ZWD14581S won't dry anymore. All other functions seem ok. Is it just the heating element? Is this used to heat the water on a wash cycle as well and if it's not working, shouldn't it give an error if it can't get up to temperature?

dryer heater is seperate to the water heater.yes it could be a heater issue but also could be faulty blower fan,stat,blocked condenser,wiring to sensor.check the blower fan rotates freely with it not logging a fault code
