ford endura e?

long time to settle to idle, then high idle revs. cleaned all sensors and removed throttle sensor , still the same. disconnect mass sensor engine cuts out, disconnect idle control valve no different. any help please. stresssed geoff.

sounds like a faulty idle control valve/stepper motor,located on the throttle body.
