I can't see you'll get a reply as its a security question whereby you may have unsavoury reasons why. so your best bet is to contact the alarm manufacturers, but they will want proof too you are the legal owner of the property.
Similar to the question in car section 'How do I bypass the immobiliser' easy prove to the garage you are the owner and they will come out and do it.
