My Hygena dishwasher wont fill or wash?

When putting my dishwasher on the usual cycle, it goes through the cycle ok, but no water (well a dribble) is going in and it doesnt spin.
can anyone help?

My hotpoint fills but nothing afterwards , seems to be the recirculation pump , have you looked at yours?
