My vaillant boiler is coming up with f22 what I can do ?

Hi my vaillant pro 28 is coming up with f22 no heating or hot water just wanting to know how can I sort it cause don't want to call someone out

not sure which model you have but ecotec plus manual says f22 = dry fire.too little water in appliance most common cause.maybe water pressure needs topping up.maybe youtube video would show how to top up using filling loop
