If you are still checking this page peter the fascia comes off to access the clock, screws under the fascia and at sides and the fascia drops down to release the top Cheers

Either fascia can be removed or the whole top has to come off, not certain which, but I have to do some work on one in about a week or so, I can check and advise definitely then on this page.
