When the drum turns it scrapes and catches on something. Any idea if the cause is going to be something like the bearings gone or a bigger issue?

bearings is the big issue.Everything has to come out including the whole tub/drum to even attempt fitting new ones.Only other thing that scrapes is stuff stuck down the front of the tub or bra wires.put fingers under the stainless inner drum at 6 o clock and lift drum up to 12 o clock.any upward movement here is 100% bearings.Most people scrap and replace at this point
