i recently took over a business and the havent been informed of the alarm number. And the agent doesnt have it. what should i do to reset the code?

Download a manual and go through the reset process.
You will cause noise and be working with live electricity nearby so take care.
Or call out an engineer and have it fully serviced and checked that it is sufficient for your new acquisition.
Will it be suffice for your insurances?
Is there enough detection?
Does it now require a Police response ?
