Does anyone know how to remove a slide-away door on a Neff oven? Even Neff don't seem to know!

The hinges have the usual slot that you can turn with a coin to lock them. Hinges lock ok, but the door doesn't lift off. I've tired holding the rotating door handle in various positions but it makes no difference.
