How to top-up gear oil on the 2005 opel corsa 1.4 gsi manual transmission gear box and what is the oil change frequency ?

Think the level plug is on n/s of diff, 13mm plug, and usually top it up through the breather hole from the top because there are two levels on these,obviously the level plug being the lower level,not sure what the frequency to renew the oil is but wouldn't be far off at 60k mls
