i have a upvc porch door handle which when you operate the door (open/close) doesn't spring back to horizontal. i guess there is a spring inside which has become weak, but i'm hoping that there is an adjustment somewhere.

can the handle be made to spring back or can a part be replaced?

the only way you will know is to unscrew the handle and take a look, the spirng might need to be put back in place,
