I bought this house, Melbourne Australia, with same Alarm installed.
Previous owner never used the system at all, and had no idea the master Pin, not even how many digits were used. I am guessing it is four.
The c&k local distributor cannot be contacted, seems gone out of business? I know the maintenance pin, because it is in the Manual, but that doesn't help me. Surely there is some Master 'God' key available? Otherwise I'll just have to rip the entire system out...
