Hi, I have the Zanussi washer-dryer, model ZJD 12191. I have loaded the washer as normal, selected programme and pressed start. The washer then fills as normal, but then stops. The timer goes back to the beginning, does two clicks of the door-lock and that's it, nothing else. I managed to get a spin cycle out of it, but only when I drained the water off at the filter.
No error is showing on the display.
Any clues?
