Kenmore Elite Dishwasher 665.1392 has no power?

Dishwasher has no power. Looking for trouble shooting advise. This model circuit board looks different than online troubleshooting I have found.
I don't see a "thermal fuse" for instance when looking at the service technician troubleshooting guide.

The circuit board is getting 120V
