Central heating but no hot water?

Ravenheat CSI 85 A T Central heating works but when I turn the hot water on it works for a minute and then red light comes on will not work on water but occasionally works when central heating is on

Changed switch flow switch but still can't get hot water starts and the red light comes on

only thing which might be is flow switch
there is no other control

Already changed the diverter valve and clip but still no hot water any suggestions ?
