Scantronic 9800?

I have a house alarm controlled by a Scantronic 9800 key pad. When the alarm is set and all doors closed, the lights are supposed to turn off but they don't. Also, upon re entry and the alarm is turned off the lights remain on.
Any suggestions, please?
