washing machine tripping all electrics?

My washing machine is tripping all electrics after i switch the plug on but no error code has come up. Ive tried plugging it into different sockets and same thing happens and have swapped fuses in plug. How can i fix this? Hotpoint Aqualtis aq9d692u

not easy to give correct and precise answer,could be starting cap,main motor,shorted wire etc.best to get someone electrical minded as they will start at the basic and carry on from there.also inspect for water leaking on electrical components or wiring
