Try leaving the freezer door open for 12/24 hrs and pull the plug I waited 15 mins and the freezer fan kicked back in,sometimes the defrost pipe gets clogged up I just sent a new fridge freezer back to the warehouse after 7 hrs scratching my head why the motor was working click click noise thinking maybe a simple thermostat was at fault....hey presto plugged in fan kicks in now the cooling process is fully functioning.
