clio 3 wipers on setting 1 stop in different position?

My 2008 Clio, iv just fitted a new wiper motor on setting 2+3 work perfect but setting one stop in different positions on the screen, dose the motor need resetting and if so how can I reset? Thanks

have you checked all fuses, there should be a live feed to motor when wipers are switched off.[with ignition switched on]will possibly be fitted with a wiper relay/control unit which could be at fault.
