Hotpoint fridge freezer not cooling?

Hi. Can someone help pliz. I have a hotpoint fridge freezer FFA74. Its not cooling the fridge or the freezer. The power light is green but the all the other lights (defrost alert and high temperature) are red. I have already tried to defrost it. Thank you.
