How do you know it had failed?

Why did it fail? Has it failed randomly or has something else failed and taken the transistor with it?

A PCB diagram is unlikely to be of much help - a circuit schematic my well not give the information you need about Q018... A parts list - yes

Try to read the identification marks on the component itself - they all have identifiers printed on them - when you buy the replacement it too will have identification marks on it.

Else you may wait a long time for the information you seek.
