They have bee back and now told me that this fridge was from a bad batch and the insulation between the freezer compartment and the fridge is insufficient. As mine is still under warranty I will be getting it replaced. It doesn’t look like you can have it fixed.

I am having the same problem. I have had the thermostat changed under warranty, it has made no difference. They are coming out again soon so I'll keep you updated. Where do you keep this fridge? Mine is in the garage and I have been advised to move it into the house.
