Radio for Renault megane world series 59 reg?

Hi guys can any one please help me. I tried to connect my phone via Bluetooth to the radio and now the radio is just saying "renault" on the main screen. It won't switch on at all for sound and the cruise control isn't working.
Please help.

It is trying to play something you have open in your phone if you close down all open file it will go back to normal
