Is there a common fault that would cause my boiler to not provide HW or CH? The power light is on, it has not gone to lock out. We do have pressure issues, the pressure has recently been found at 0 bar. The radiators have been bled (last night) and I increased the pressure to 1.5 bar by topping up the water (opening the water valves on the inlet side) still no HW or CH
