how can i fix my ford mondeo tdci?

the glow plug light flashes constantly and car lacks power.

Good grief, no its not a fault connector.

Short answer, you cannot fix it. The glowplug light is a catchall for various faults on this engine.

It could be anything from a faulty sensor to a knackered injector.

It needs to be put on a diagnostic tester at a dealer
