Hi

I set my alarm and went out to work like normal yesterday.

When i arrived home, i put my code in to switch my alarm off however everytime on e of thr sensors detected moved it made the same chime noise as it does when the front door is opened.

I'm not very technically minded so i am unsure what the problem is. Can anyone advise? do i need an alarm company to come out?
