Eco and pre wash flashing ?

My hotpoint Aquarius sdw60 has got flashing lights. The salt light flashes even though it is full of salt and now the Eco wash and pre wash are flashing and the machine has stopped just after I started it for an Eco wash. Can any one help?

It can't do anything without water.
