I have removed unit from kitchen and wish to clear pump impeller that appears to have had glass fragment block.Machine is left with water in side after completeing cycles.Can you assist with instructions to access impellar please

Remove all the filters from the bottom of the washing chamber
Bail out any remaining water
The drain pump impeller will be found at the very bottom under a plastic cover held in place with a single Torx screw - remove it.

Use tweezers to remove any debris - the impeller should move freely with a bit of magnetic resistance.

Put it all back together.
