I got this treadmill and when I plug it in and put the magnet in it displays 7. My husband checked and it has power and looked at the computer and the magnet wires are fine a screw was missing so he put one in and tightened them and it still shows 7? We don't have a owners manual the lady I got it from didn't either can you give us so advice please!!
