Remaha Avanta boiler runs for about one minute even though no hot water is being run and no demand for central heating. It can happen any time day or night.
sounds like PREHEAT function is ON
try switching PREHEAT OFF

Our combi boiler doe sthis too. It has a small hot water store that it keeps up to temperature and will run for aminute or so every so often. You could check the manual or get the model number and ask Remeha thru their website
