how can i fix?

I have a hotpoint mistral fridge freezer which is not getting cold enough.ive cleaned all Areas and defrosted for two days,still fridge is at +24 and freezer is -9

check the air filter is not blocked where the MOTOR brings the fresh air in, ( normally a metal grid)
