dont mean to sound rude,but you should get an approved microwave engineer to repair it,you dont have the skill and your playing with your life messing about with it

If the machine shuts down at 59 seconds then the electronic timer is probably causing it to stop at that point - it's unlikely to be anything else. The control board is the likely culprit.
