Espag upvc window handle will not work. Normally when i put my key in and turn it the window handle turns pushes in a catch and then opens - the key turns but the handle does not, and therefore does not push the catch in. I cannot unscrew the handle off the window as the lower holding screw is covered by the handle that will not turn? any help would be appreciated.
