Radio and cd not working?

I have a 2003 nissan primera, a week ago my battery went flat and i got alternative battery to start d car. Ever since my radio could not be switch on. In only display "PHONE"

There is no sound at all from the system. The CD payer appears to work - but no sound! Have tried unpugging it for 10 minutes repeatedly, still no sound at all.
