Hi i have one nissan primera 2004 model and i change the batery and from that time the radio need code and i dont have it. Help me please...

any help please i now have 2 cd player both will not eject its costing me so much money can not find anyone to fix it my car is a nissan primera 04 the cd player is a p12 if that helps
