Lights are all on - there is water in the tank. I cannot get any steam(or even water) at all. Is is possible to find someone to mend this little yellow steamer in South Wales or where can I purchase spares to replace hose etc so I get new nozzle? It is out of warranty as it has not been used for about a year because it did not work! On further examination, I doubt if I could fit a new hose but there is a screw at the nozzle end which might enable me to fit a new nozzle only.
