The dishwasher has detected a leak by means of a little float that becomes activated if the pan at floor level has filled with water. Essentially, you will need to tip the machine backwards to pour out this water to reset the float. You will then need to locate the source of the leak and remedy the problem. If no water comes out the float my be stuck up and will need to be located and pushed back down. Make sure to isolate the power before tipping machine and allow to dry out before powering back up.
