I have two keypads one on the main box and one by the front door. I had my power turned off for 30mins whilst a repair was being made on electrical socket. Since turning the power back on the small key pad won't work it just shows a red tamper light and no power or day light. Keyboard does not work. Upsatirs panel is fine. Any help would be grateful.

The optima + 2 is a very old system. If you know the engineer code press the P key and enter 9999. This will allow you to open the keypads and end station. check the fuses and wiring. If these look ok power down the keypad thats faulty by removing the positive + wire. Wait a few seconds then reconnect.
This may work! Also check your battery in the end station. Must be replaced if over 5 yrs old!
If all goes well Lol reset the panel.
