probably low water level caused by a grease blockage in the clear corrugated hose that runs from the middle of the sump (base) at the front to the level control chamber at the left hand side. You can access it by removing the steel panel behind the bottom of the door. Sometimes the grease has got into the left side chamber as well, to access this remove left side panel of machine.
