Drain all water out by lowering drain hose down low into a bucket. Then remove back panel, drain hose and then drain pump. Open up drain pump and clear any rubbish blocking it. Put pump and drain hose back on and put in a small amount of water and then try the drain. If it still doesn't drain the pump may be faulty but usually it is caused by a blockage.
