Ax-100 - Code 'er displayed twice in one morning...so far?
Hi, our AX-100 has displayed code error 'er' twice this morning after only a handful of transactions. I looked up the code and it said to do a Z reading, which I did both times. But I am concerned as the second time the 'er' code displayed wasn't very long after the first and the memory should not have been full already. Does anyone know what may be going on and how to amend it? Thank you so much.
If it keeps happening, print the other reports. Especially the Z2 and journal. Put new roll in first. It could be long. If there is a reset without print option, do that to save paper
