Battery charger/ battery cordless drill?

My jcb-18BLCD charger appears to work normally when I tried to recharge my batterty( green light flashes,red light steady) manual says 80 minutes or so to recharge but after 4 hours battery still on one not 4. Is it the battery or the charger?

Probably a knackered battery. You might be able to source a new one (try the retailer or search for Solent tools or possibly JCB tools)
