Have had mine for many years with no problems but lately when I put it on it takes about 10 minutes for the moving fire effect to come on. The heat and the light comes on but fire doesn't move, otherwise it really works fine. Any suggestions? MODEL# ADL-2000M-X ROLL-N-GLO TM MODEL
