How do I fix my Glow Worm Space Saver Mark 2?

The pilot light is on, the thermostat is on, the timer is set correctly, but the boiler is not igniting, therefore no heating or hot water. Had a plumber out to look at it couldn't help, was baffled as all switches etc are in working order. What is the problem? Please help!!
