I have three spot lights above my bathroom mirror, and they do not stay in place when I push them into place.They keep popping out & I would like to know what I can use to make them stay flush in place?

Blu-tack and silicon are both flammable, so it's probably not a wise move to use them unless you've got a thing for firemen!!
Recessed lights are usually held in place with a couple of springs. Check that the springs have not come detached in the ceiling recess.

Blu-tac might work and its easy to use/try as there is very little weight in the lamps,or three dabs of silicon sealant around the rim of the lamp.
